IMPACT Methodology
Client satisfaction depends on sound strategy and design implementation through skilled project management. Denmac's IMPACT Methodology serves as the road map to executing successful projects.
Using IMPACT, we provide you with superior, consistent and innovative technical solutions through a collaborative approach that fosters constant communication. Our goal is to design the right solution in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner, while continually educating and empowering you through knowledge transfer. IMPACT makes this possible.
INITIATE -- Listening is the very first step in every Denmac project. This powerful act gives us a clear understanding of your vision while
establishing the project scope and timeframes.
MANAGE -- After the goals and the desired solution have been determined, the next step is to determine the project control process. The project team (comprised of members from Denmac and your internal team) is assembled, responsibilities and accountability are outlined and necessary status and reporting methods are identified. Communication is defined in this step and executed throughout the project.
PLAN -- During this planning phase, the criteria for a successful project are defined, including: tasks, milestones, technical design and the testing plan. The initial technical design is submitted, discussed and assessed.
ACHIEVE -- Implement the plan as designed and tested.
CONFIRM -- Perform final testing of the solution to verify the success of the project against documented business and technical objectives. This step is actually done continually throughout the entire project to ensure that results are aligned with goals and objectives.
TRANSITION -- Transition the operation of the systems to you. A project is not complete until you can independently provide the necessary system support. Knowledge Transfer occurs throughout the
entire project and concludes in the transition stage, with final documentation and
training. Only after your complete satisfaction and approval is the project officially completed.
Over the years, our IMPACT methodology has evolved based on our experience in delivering successful projects to our clients, as well as from client feedback we've received and successfully incorporated into our processes.
